Weston Andrew Valleau Price, D.D.S. (*1870; †1948) was an American dentist and nutritionist. He was chairman of the research department of the American Dental Association from 1914 to 1923. He became known primarily for his studies on the nutritional habits of isolated peoples (“Charles Darwin of Nutrition”). In this brief message Dr Price makes a statement denouncing the high intake of white flours and starches in modern diets, and encourages a diet more inline with traditional peoples.
