Practitioner Webinars

Monthly gatherings on Zoom for practitioners from all walks of life and professional backgrounds.

The webinars are a space where practitioners can share queries, insights and case studies, deepening understanding of clinical presentations and their underlying causes.

These webinars offer a platform where peer-to-peer support helps to deepen and expand our shared knowledge base, and facilitates the creation of community.

Upcoming Webinars

The current series of webinars focuses on disorders affecting the musculoskeletal system. In May and June of 2025, we begin this exploration with Osteoarthritis (OA).

Arthritis – A Disease of Wear and Tear?
Osteoarthritis (OA) is often referred to as disease of ‘wear and tear' as a means to distinguish it from other forms of arthritis that more explicitly involve an inflammatory or autoimmune process. This colours the understanding of OA as a somewhat mechanical condition, an almost structural inevitability as we age. But is it inevitable? And has it always been thus?
The bread and butter of general practice...
This degenerative condition of the joints is the bread and butter of general practice, with an estimated 1 in 10 adults symptomatically affected and prevalence increasing. Curiously, over the last few decades, there has been a particularly marked increase affecting hip joints in younger people, along with an epidemic of OA in our canine companions!
The big drivers and their remedy...
Bringing together the realm of hormones, immunity, epigenetics, gut health, and nutrition, we will evolve a map of the big drivers and their remedy. This can then be built on, and will likely stimulate further questions placing them in context. In practice the map can then be tailored to each individual, pointing to pathways that can help to slow processes of degeneration, and guide and support the body back into ease of movement.
