Description

In course IX we explore the wonderous ways in which the body cleans house. As an organ of primary importance in detoxification, we will look at the liver from the western scientific and eastern energetic perspectives. We then get into the endogenous methylation cycle that powerfully modulates cellular biochemistry affecting the integrity of DNA and cell membranes, detoxification, immune function, and even certain aspects of the nervous system. We end with a three-lesson exploration of toxins – endogenous, as well as the mounting and varied chemical soup present in the modern context.
