Description

Course VII follows on from course VI on the nervous system. With the help of Sean Hearn, we explore stress and trauma through the lens of Polyvagal Theory. He then takes us through a toolkit of somatic experiencing techniques to help us guide ourselves and our patients back to peace. We round the topic off with a look at attachment and its contribution to psychological wellbeing.
LESSONS:
  • VII(1): Stress and Trauma Polyvagal Theory
  • VII(2): Somatic Experiencing
  • VII(3): Attachment
